At Archive Collective, authenticity is fundamental. Every piece within the Archive is reviewed with care to ensure it meets our standards of integrity, quality, and provenance.

We sell only genuine, pre-owned luxury items. Replicas and unauthorised reproductions have no place in the Archive.

Our Verification Process

Each item undergoes a review process that may include:

  • Inspection of materials, craftsmanship, and construction

  • Review of brand-specific identifiers and hallmarks

  • Serial or date code checks, where applicable

  • Consistency with known brand manufacturing standards

  • Condition assessment against our grading guidelines

Where available, original packaging, receipts, and authenticity cards are reviewed and documented.

Marketplace Sellers

In addition to Archive Collective’s own curated selection, we work with a limited number of approved sellers.

All sellers are required to:

  • Confirm legal ownership of items

  • Declare authenticity prior to listing

  • Provide clear, accurate images and descriptions

All seller-listed items are reviewed before being approved for sale.

Condition Transparency

As a pre-owned marketplace, items may show signs of previous wear. Any wear, marks, or imperfections are clearly disclosed and photographed.

We encourage customers to review all images and descriptions carefully prior to purchase.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Archive Collective maintains a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods.

If an item is found to be inauthentic:

  • The listing is immediately removed

  • The seller’s account is suspended or terminated

  • A full investigation is conducted

We will review the matter promptly and take appropriate action in line with our Returns Policy and consumer protection obligations.
