All items must be:

Authentic and legally owned by you
In good to excellent condition
Accurately described and photographed

We do not accept fast fashion, replicas, or items with significant damage.

How It Works

1. Apply to Sell
Submit a short application to be considered as a seller.

2. Review & Approval
We review each application to ensure alignment with our standards.

3. List Your Items
Approved sellers upload listings through their seller dashboard.

4. Listing Review
All items are reviewed before going live.

5. Your Item Sells
Once sold, you ship the item using a tracked and insured service.

6. Get Paid
Payouts are released after delivery is confirmed, minus our commission.

Commission Structure

Bags: 20%
Shoes & Accessories: 25%
Ready-to-Wear: 25%
High-demand luxury pieces: 15%

Commission is automatically deducted prior to payout.

Payouts

Issued within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
Paid via Stripe Connect or PayPal
No minimum payout threshold

Listing Standards

To maintain consistency across the Archive, sellers must provide:

Clear, natural-light photographs (minimum 8 images)
Honest condition grading and descriptions
Disclosure of any visible wear or flaws
No stock imagery or brand campaign images

Listings that do not meet our standards may be declined.

Authenticity Commitment

By listing on Archive Collective, sellers confirm that all items are genuine and legally owned. Any breach of this policy will result in immediate removal from the platform.
