All items are pre-owned unless stated otherwise. We take reasonable care to ensure descriptions, images, and condition grading are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to the nature of pre-owned goods.

Archive Collective sells only genuine, pre-owned luxury items. All items are reviewed to the best of our ability. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit goods.

5. Orders & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise

  • Payment is taken at checkout

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or policy violations

6. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Items may be shipped by Archive Collective or directly by approved sellers. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to:

  • Item returned in original condition

  • Unworn and unaltered

  • With original packaging where applicable

Seller-listed items may require seller approval for returns.

8. Marketplace Sellers

Approved sellers:

  • Confirm legal ownership and authenticity of items

  • Are responsible for accurate descriptions

  • Must ship items within the stated timeframe

Archive Collective reserves the right to suspend or remove sellers who breach our standards.
